Answers to the most common questions about browsing, trader pages, Home Viewing, reviews and seller accounts.
How do I find a car?
Use Browse Cars to search marketplace inventory. You can also open a trader page and search only that trader’s stock.
How do I see all cars from one trader?
Open the trader’s profile. Its Inventory section shows the trader’s live vehicles and includes a dealer-specific search box.
What does Verified mean?
Verified is a platform status shown when the verification requirements recorded for that trader profile have been completed. It is not a guarantee of any individual vehicle or transaction.
What does Unclaimed mean?
The business has not yet taken control of that directory profile. Public directory information can still be displayed, but claimed-only features such as response-time history are withheld.
How does Home Viewing work?
If a trader offers Home Viewing, choose one of its active service cities, review the fee and submit your preferred address, date and time. The trader then follows up on the request.
Where do review scores come from?
MHA Motors customer reviews are moderated before publication. External review totals, where used, are shown with the source platform identified so they are not silently blended together.
Can a trader respond to a review?
Yes. The trader can save a public response. If the review is published, the response appears with it. The trader cannot alter the customer’s original rating or wording.
How do I sell cars as a trader?
Create a trader account, complete the trader profile, then add vehicles manually or use supported import tools.
How do I claim an existing trader page?
Open the relevant trader page and use Claim this dealership. The claim remains subject to the platform verification process.
