1. Marketplace role

MHA Motors provides marketplace, directory, listing, enquiry, review and Home Viewing request tools. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, a vehicle sale or related agreement is between the buyer and the trader or seller responsible for the listing.

2. Accounts and trader profiles

Account holders must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and use the account only with appropriate authority. A claim to an existing trader profile may be reviewed before control or verification status is granted.

3. Vehicle listings

Traders and sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of the vehicle information, photos, videos, prices and availability they publish or approve. MHA Motors may moderate, suspend or remove content that appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with platform rules.

4. Home Viewing

Home Viewing availability and city fees are set by the relevant trader. Submitting a request does not by itself reserve a vehicle or guarantee an appointment. The trader is responsible for confirming practical arrangements, any payment requirements and the vehicle presented at the appointment.

5. Reviews and responses

Reviews should describe genuine experiences. Fabricated, abusive, unlawful, promotional or irrelevant submissions may be rejected or removed. Traders may respond to reviews but may not alter the customer’s original submission. External review scores may be shown with source attribution.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful content, or use the platform to facilitate fraud.
• Do not harvest personal information or use marketplace content in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Third-party services and links

Listings and profiles may link to trader websites, social networks, Google Maps or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, moderate content, or update these terms as the service develops. Where appropriate, material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MHA Motors is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party listings, independent trader conduct, external websites, or decisions made without appropriate buyer checks.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
