Trader profile status
- Unclaimed means the business has not yet taken control of the directory profile.
- Claimed means an authorised user has taken control of the trader profile.
- Verified is shown only where the platform verification requirements recorded for that trader have been satisfied.
Legal and contact information
Direct email and sensitive legal details are not intended to be presented as verified facts simply because they were found publicly. Where the site marks legal information as verified, that status is shown separately from ordinary profile content.
Reviews
Customer reviews submitted through MHA Motors are moderated before publication. Traders may respond, but they cannot rewrite the customer’s rating or review text. External review scores are displayed with their platform name rather than blended invisibly into one figure.
Buyer checks still matter
- Verify the trader and vehicle independently when appropriate.
- Check vehicle history, finance status and ownership documentation.
- Inspect the vehicle or arrange a professional inspection before purchase.
