Home Viewing
Home Viewing lets you request that an eligible vehicle is brought to a city served by the trader, so you can inspect it more conveniently before deciding what to do next.
How it works
Home Viewing availability and pricing are controlled by each trader. If a trader offers the service for a vehicle, the Book Home Viewing button takes you to a booking form.
- Choose one of the home-viewing cities published by that trader.
- See the trader’s current fee for that city before submitting the request.
- Enter the viewing address, preferred date and time, and your contact details.
- The request is sent to the trader for confirmation and follow-up.
Pricing
The fee shown is set by the trader for the selected city. The amount displayed when you submit the booking is recorded with that request, so later changes to the trader’s price list do not rewrite an earlier booking.
Before the vehicle arrives
- Confirm the appointment directly with the trader before making travel or payment arrangements.
- Check which documents, identification or deposit the trader may require.
- Ask whether the vehicle can be driven, inspected mechanically, or independently checked during the appointment.
Important
A Home Viewing request is a request for an appointment, not a guarantee that a vehicle is reserved, available, mechanically sound or suitable for purchase. The trader remains responsible for the vehicle information and the arrangements they confirm with you.
